This article is a study of the legal and ethical aspects of corporate intelligence and their importance in the regulation and conduct of this activity. The author analyzes the legislation regulating corporate intelligence and examines the restrictions and requirements related to the use of information. Ethical standards and principles are also considered in the context of corporate intelligence. The article offers an assessment of the role of law and ethics in regulating this field in Russian Federation. |
