Περιγραφή: The article publishes materials of archaeological monuments located near the village of Sokolny in the Zvenigovsky district of the Republic of Mari El. The 15 monuments examined belong to various epochs: from the Mesolithic to the Middle Ages. The work was carried out in 2019 by the Mari Archaeological expedition led by the author of the article. During the drilling and in the form of lifting material, 55 objects were found: flint chips, flint tools and their fragments, ceramics. The materials considered in the article were obtained as a result of work on determining the boundaries of archaeological heritage objects. The collected collections made it possible to confirm or clarify the chronological and cultural positions of the examined monuments, which determined the relevance of the article. The goal is to publish new, previously unpublished materials. The subject of the study is the collections of ceramics and flint obtained as a result of the works of 2019, which are chronologically and culturally characterized. As a result of the work carried out, 88 pits and sweeps of existing scree were made, only 17 of them revealed archaeological finds. But the collections obtained made it possible to clarify or confirm the temporal and cultural characteristics of the inspected archaeological heritage sites. The conclusions about the cultural and chronological affiliation of 4 monuments were confirmed, the dating of 3 sites was clarified. One monument (from the Middle Ages) was discovered on the site. In addition, the boundaries of archaeological heritage sites have been determined, which made it possible to put them under protection. The article is accompanied by illustrations of the most significant finds, addressed to archaeologists, historians, and anyone interested in the early periods of the history of the Volga-Vyatka region. В статье публикуются материалы памятников археологии, расположенных вблизи поселка Сокольный Звениговского района Республики Марий Эл. Осмотренные 15 памятников относятся к различным эпохам: от мезолита до средневековья. Работы велись в 2019 г. Марийской археологической экспедицией под руководством автора статьи. В ходе шурфовки и в виде подъемного материала обнаружено 55 предметов: кремневые сколы, кремневые орудия труда и их фрагменты, керамика. Рассмотренные в статье материалы получены в результате работ по определению границ объектов археологического наследия. Собранные коллекции позволили подтвердить или уточнить хронологические и культурные позиции осмотренных памятников, что определило актуальность статьи. Целью же является публикация новых, ранее не публикованных материалов. Предмет исследования – коллекции керамики и кремня, полученные в результате работ 2019 г., которым дана хронологическая и культурная характеристика. В результате проведенных работ было произведено 88 шурфов и зачисток существующих осыпей, только лишь 17 из них выявили археологические находки. Но полученные коллекции позволили уточнить или подтвердить временную и культурную характеристики осмотренных объектов археологического наследия. Подтвердились выводы о культурной и хронологической принадлежности 4 памятников, были уточнены датировки 3 стоянок. Один памятник (эпохи средневековья) обнаружен на был. Кроме того, определены границы объектов археологического наследия, что позволило поставить их под охрану. Статья сопровождается иллюстрациями наиболее показательных находок, адресована археологам, историкам, всем интересующимся ранними периодами истории Волго-Вятского региона.
