В статье рассматривается текущая ситуация с межбюджетными отношениями в России, которая складывается на сегодняшний день. В данном исследовании проводится анализ расходов федерального бюджета на финансовую помощь бюджетам бюджетной системы РФ в ретроспективе и анализ планируемых расходов в ближайшие годы. Для объективной оценки текущей ситуации на примере Самарской области рассматриваются доли безвозмездных поступлений в региональные бюджеты и их расходов на финансовую помощь местным бюджетам в 2019-2021 гг. и планируемые показатели в 2022-2024 гг. The article examines the current situation with interbudgetary relations in Russia, which is developing today. This study analyzes the federal budget expenditures for financial assistance to the budgets of the budget system of the Russian Federation in retrospect and analyzes the planned expenditures in the coming years. For an objective assessment of the current situation, using the example of the Samara region, the shares of gratuitous receipts to regional budgets and their expenditures on financial assistance to local budgets in 20192021 are considered. and planned indicators in 2022-2024. |
