| Description: | Archival and folklore sources indicate that on the territory of the Komi-Permyak Area for several centuries there were practices of arranging hiding places in the forest. The reasons for going into the forest and ways of surviving in it varied. All known cases are united by one circumstance – the fugitives tried to hide from the authorities and the obligations and restrictions imposed by them. There is a confrontation over economic, ideological and political issues. Similar stories were widely spread on the territory of the Russian state. The hiding in the forest was one of the options that allowed the fugitives to remain free, survive, or give hope for the future. The article describes examples of hiding places in the forest; attention is drawn not only to the reasons for escaping and living conditions of the fugitives, but also to the attitude of the local population towards them. One of the research tasks is to determine the views and attitude of the local population to the forest on the examples about hiding places. The study shows that the forest is associated with freedom, security, sometimes with prosperity, however, the negative consequences of the activities of some hiding people increase feelings of unknown and fear of the forest. Архивные и фольклорные источники свидетельствуют о том, что на территории КомиПермяцкого округа на протяжении нескольких веков существовали практики обустройства тайных убежищ в лесу. Причины ухода в лес и способы выживания в нем различались. Все известные случаи объединяет одно обстоятельство – беглецы пытались спрятаться от властей и наложенных ими обязательств и ограничений. Отмечается противостояние по экономическим, идеологическим и политическим вопросам. Подобные истории были широко распространены на территории Российского государства, способ скрыться в лесу был лишь одним из вариантов, который позволял остаться на свободе, выжить или давал надежду на будущее. В статье описываются известные примеры о тайных убежищах в лесах КомиПермяцкого округа, внимание обращается не только на причины и условия обустройства беглецов, но также на отношение к ним местного населения. Одна из исследовательских задач – на основе примеров о тайных укрытиях определить воззрения местного населения на лес. Анализ материалов показывает, что лес ассоциируется со свободой, безопасностью, иногда с достатком, вместе с тем негативные последствия деятельности некоторых скрывающихся людей усиливают чувства неизведанности и страха перед лесом. |
