В статье рассматриваются современные формы и методы межгосударственного противоборства, определяются причины эскалации проблем в международных отношениях, зарождения новейших вызовов и угроз национальной обороне и безопасности Российской Федерации. Определяются функции управления национальной обороной для нейтрализации вызовов и угроз национальной безопасности не только на территории российского государства, но и за рубежом. |
