В рамках статьи предлагается ознакомиться с понятием «зеленое строительство», рассматривается ретроспектива развития, выделены основные этапы становления в России, проведен анализ текущего состояния строительной отрасли, изучены перспективы развития зеленого строительства и устойчивой архитектуры в нашей стране. Особое внимание авторы уделили рассмотрению перспектив и преимуществ «зеленого» строительства в России, а также изучению существующей системы нормативно - правового регулирования в данной отрасли. Within the framework of the article, it is proposed to become familiar with the concept of “green construction”, a retrospective of development is considered, the main stages of development in Russia are highlighted, an analysis of the current state of the construction industry is carried out, and the prospects for the development of green construction and sustainable architecture in our country are studied. The authors paid special attention to the consideration of the prospects and advantages of “green” construction in Russia, as well as to the study of the existing system of legal regulation in this industry. |
