| Description: | Представлены результаты ДНК-анализа селекцион- ных материалов сахарной свеклы на выявление локусов, сцеплено наследуемых с генами устойчивости (Rz1 и Rz2) к ризомании. В работе использовано 5 RAPD-праймеров. Выделены селекционные образцы, характеризующиеся наличием данных локусов. The results of sugar beet breeding material DNA-analysis revealing loci inherited linked to the genes of resistance to rhizomania (Rz1 and Rz2) are presented. 5 RAPDprimers have been used in the work. Breeding specimens characterized by presence of these loci have been revealed. |
