Περιγραφή: В статье представлена концептуальная модель формирования эффективной стратегии для промышленных предприятий осуществляющих свою деятельность на территории России. Особенность данной модели - это учет факторов, которые оказывают влияние на развитие промышленных предприятий. Также в статье приведены обоснования для проведения анализа по каждому из факторов и включение их результатов в документ стратегии. Помимо основных факторов также предложено применение принципов школы конфигурации в процессе формирования плана развития стратегии. The article presents a conceptual model for the formation of an effective strategy for industrial enterprises operating in Russia. A feature of this model is the consideration of factors that influence the development of industrial enterprises. The article also provides the rationale for analyzing each of the factors and including their results in the strategy document. In addition to the main factors, it is also proposed to apply the principles of school configuration in the process of forming a development plan for a strategy.
