В статье раскрыта сущность социально-экономического развития муниципального образования. Проанализирована динамика основных параметров доходной и расходной части бюджета. Раскрыта взаимосвязь между уровнем социально-экономического развития и объёмом доходов в бюджет. Дана характеристика разработки и реализации муниципальных программ, как основного инструмента управления социально экономическим развитием муниципального образования. Выявлены перспективные направления развития Городского округа «г. Якутск». The article reveals the essence of the socio-economic development of the municipality. The dynamics of the main parameters of the income and expenditure side of the budget is analyzed. The relationship between the level of socio-economic development and the amount of budget revenues is revealed. The characteristics of the development and implementation of municipal programs as the main tool for managing the social and economic development of the municipal formation are given. The promising directions of development of the Urban Okrug «g.Yakutsk». |
