Description: The interrelationships between organizational pathologies and production losses that affect the effectiveness of the value chain of organizational systems of manufacturing enterprises are investigated. The importance of creating a mechanism for managing organizational pathologies as a tool for managing the level of quality of organization of new production systems and their management structures is determined. The author notes that the distinctive novelty lies in the study of the impact of organizational pathologies on the occurrence, density, and significance of production losses in the main value creation chain, which are established and taken into account by the classical concept of Lean production.
Исследуются взаимосвязи между организационными патологиями и производственными потерями, оказывающими влияние на результативность цепочки создания ценности организационных систем производственных предприятий. Определена важность разработки механизма управления организационными патологиями как инструмента управления уровнем качества организации новых производственных систем и структур их управления
