| Description: | The article describes the pedagogical process of the Yakut Industrial and Pedagogical College named after V.M. Chlenov of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The problem of educating the younger generation is complicated by the current state of society, vulnerable to negative information, aggressive propaganda from social networks that ignore traditional, spiritual and moral values. Small peoples of the country can become disoriented, losing their ethnic identity. In this regard, the scientific community is faced with the task of renewing the potential of ethnopedagogy as one of the ways to preserve the cultural, historical, traditional values of peoples in the current situation. The objective of the work is to identify the theoretical foundations of the problem of developing value orientations (basic concepts, diagnostic tools, educational programs, implementing the pedagogical conditions of students in the process of ethnocultural education) and testing their effectiveness in practice. The task is achieved through the implementation of the educational program. The program is developed on the basis of ethnopedagogy such as taking into account the ethnic characteristics of students and the characteristics of the region. The value of the work lies in the further development of the problems of developing value orientations not only for the indigenous peoples of the North, Siberia, and the Far East of Russia. В статье описывается педагогический процесс Якутского индустриально-педагогического колледжа имени В.М. Членова Республики Саха (Якутия). Проблема воспитания подрастающего поколения затрудняется нынешним состоянием социума, уязвимого в отношении негативной информации, агрессивной пропаганды из социальных сетей, игнорирующих традиционные духовно-нравственные ценности. Малочисленные народы страны могут дезориентироваться, теряя свою этническую принадлежность. В связи с этим перед научным сообществом стоит задача возобновления потенциала этнопедагогики как одного из способов сохранения культурно-исторических, традиционных ценностей народов в сложившейся ситуации. Целью работы является выявление теоретических оснований проблемы развития ценностных ориентиров (основные понятия, диагностический инструментарий, программы воспитания, реализующей педагогические условия обучающихся в процессе этнокультурного воспитания), и проверка их эффективности на практике. Достижение цели было возможно посредством внедрения программы воспитания. Программа была разработана на основе принципов этнопедагогики, таких как учет этнических особенностей обучающихся и особенностей региона. Ценность работы заключается в дальнейшем развитии проблем развития ценностных ориентиров не только коренных малочисленных народов Севера, но и Сибири и Дальнего Востока России. |
