Description: Выход из строя компьютерных систем может привести к серьезным последствиям, поэтому вопросы компьютерной безопасности становятся наиболее актуальными на сегодняшний день. В статье представлены характерные особенности преступлений в сфере компьютерной информации. По оценкам экспертов по вопросам борьбы с компьютерной преступностью, прибыли преступников от преступлений в сфере использования компьютеров и компьютерных технологий занимают третье место после доходов от наркоторговли и от продажи оружия, а нанесенный ущерб уже сейчас оценивается миллиардами долларов. Авторами в работе производится классификация киберпреступлений по УК Республики Ирак в зависимости от объекта преступного посягательства. Failure of computer systems can lead to serious consequences, therefore, computer security issues are becoming the most urgent today. The article presents the characteristic features of crimes in the field of computer information. According to experts in the fight against computer crime, the profits of criminals from crimes in the use of computers and computer technologies rank third after proceeds from drug trafficking and from the sale of weapons, and the damage caused is already estimated at billions of dollars. The authors classify cybercrimes according to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Iraq, depending on the object of the criminal encroachment.
