Description: Несмотря на многовековую историю термина «государственный суверенитет», он постоянно нуждается в научной деконструкции и актуализации. Это связано с тем, что в разные эпохи перед государствами ставятся разные задачи, от реализации которых зависит дальнейшее существование государства определенного типа и формы. В настоящее время в условиях процессов глобализации происходит трансформация основ существующего миропорядка, меняются идеологические парадигмы изучения современных параметров мирового устройства. В полной мере это относится и к проблематике государственного суверенитета, которая требует современного научного переосмысления, в частности, в отношении вопроса возникновения и государственного регулирования понятия «технологический суверенитет».
Despite the centuries-old history of the term «state sovereignty», it is constantly needs in scientific deconstruction and actualization. This is due to the fact that in different eras different tasks are set before states, the methods of implementation of which determine the further type and form of the state. Currently in the context of globalization processes the foundations of the existing world order are being transformed, and the ideological paradigms for studying modern parameters of social development are changing. This fully applies to the problem of state sovereignty, which requires modern scientific rethinking, in particular to the issue of the emergence and state regulation of the concept of «technological sovereignty».
