| Description: | The article considers problems associated with the development of the general cultural competence of oral communication among cadets of military institutes, proves the need to develop the general cultural competence of oral communication among future officers. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to raise the level of professionally significant qualities that implement the communicative base for the implementation of various types of activities, both students and professional specialists of the military sphere. The authors examine the problem in detail from the perspective of the peculiarities of the activity of an officer of the National Guard of the Russian Federation through the prism of communication functionality with almost all categories of the population (professional, age, social groups). Communication skills are considered asa leading factor in the development of communication skills among cadets. В статье рассмотрены проблемы, связанные с развитием общекультурной компетенции устной коммуникации у курсантов военных институтов, доказана необходимость развития общекультурной компетенции устной коммуникации у будущих офицеров. Для достижения этой цели необходимо повышать уровень профессионально значимых качеств, которые реализуют коммуникативную базу для осуществления различных видов деятельности как обучающихся, так и профессиональных специалистов военной сферы. Автор детально рассматривает проблему с позиции особенностей деятельности офицера войск национальной гвардии Российской Федерации через призму коммуникационного функционала практически со всеми категориями населения (профессиональные, возрастные, социальные группы). Коммуникативные умения рассматриваются как ведущий фактор развития у курсантов навыков общения. |
