| Περιγραφή: | The development of the Arctic region is the 21st century, existing not only for Russia. The most important part of the problem is the effective development of the transport arteries of the Arctic region - the Northern Sea Route (NSR), which represents the shortest sea route between the European part of Russia and the Far East. The paper presents a brief history of the SMP, in the development of which a great contribution was made by Russian researchers. The difficulties associated with the climatic and geographical conditions of the Arctic region are described. The advantages of the NSR are emphasized in comparison with other transport communications, as well as the possibilities of the Russian icebreaking fleet, including the nuclear one, identified the need to develop and implement in the practice of operating the SMP transport equipment of a new generation that does not depend on the freeze-up. Освоение Арктического региона является в XXI веке актуальной задачей не только для России, но и для других стран. Важнейшая часть проблемы – эффективное освоение транспортной артерии Арктического региона – Северного морского пути (СМП), представляющего кратчайший морской путь между Европейской частью России и Дальним Востоком. В работе приведена краткая история СМП, в освоение которого большой вклад внесли российские исследователи. Описаны трудности, связанные с климатическими и географическими условиями арктического региона. Подчеркнуты преимущества СМП по сравнению с другими транспортными коммуникациями, а также возможности ледокольного флота России, в том числе атомного, определена необходимость разработки и внедрения в практику эксплуатации СМП транспортной техники нового поколения, не зависящей от ледостава. №5(38) (2019) |
