В статье рассматривается взаимодействие университета и его субъектов на рынках образовательных услуг, трудовых ресурсов и научно-технической продукции. Показано, что своевременное реагирование рынка образовательных услуг на быстроменяющиеся предпочтения рынка труда и требования к результатам научно-исследовательской работы требует обеспечение деятельности университета автоматизированными системами организационного управления. Из анализа структур разработанных моделей управления сделаны выводы, что образовательная и учебнопознавательная деятельность в современных университетах в достаточной мере обеспечена автоматизированными системами организационного управления, в то время как научно-исследовательская деятельность требует внедрения дополнительных информационных систем, направленных на развитие научного потенциала вуза. The paper examines the interaction of the university and its subjects in the markets of educational services, labor resources and scientific and technical products. It is shown that the timely response of the educational services market to the rapidly changing preferences of the labor market and the requirements for the results of research work requires the provision of university activities with automated systems of organizationalmanagement. From the analysis of the structures of the developed management models, it was concluded that educational and educational activities in modern universities are sufficiently provided with automated systems of organizational management, while research activities require the introduction of additional information systemsaimed at developing the scientific potential of the university. |
