В статье оценивается способность самостоятельного экономического развития Сумгайыта в 2009-2018 гг. Для этого используются показатель среднегодового прироста объема производства ∆Y в этом регионе и показатель среднегодового прироста инвестиций в основные фонды ∆İ. Расчеты проводятся на основе концепции Афтальона с использованием показателя акселерации. Основной принцип этой концепции: увеличение спроса на потребительские товары (т.е. увеличение производства) создает цепную реакцию, которая, в свою очередь, увеличивает спрос на машины и оборудование (то есть увеличение инвестиций). The article assessed the Sumgait city's independent economic development in 2009-2018, and for this reason used the ∆Y indicator for the average annual change in the production volume of the region, and an indicator ∆İ of the average annual change in investments in fixed assets. The calculations were carried out on the basis of AFT alone concept and was used the acceleration indicator. The basic principle of this concept are: growing demand for consumer goods (it means, increasing the new production) creates a chain reaction, which increases the demand for machinery and equipment for several times (that leads to growth of investment). |
