Данная статья посвящена вопросу управления кредитованием физических лиц, в частности, анализируется проблемная задолженность и меры по увеличению возвратности просроченных кредитов. В связи с экономической нестабильностью отмечается тенденция к росту объемов кредитных продуктов. Для банка одной из главных задач является грамотное построение работы по управлению проблемной задолженностью, так как при предоставлении кредитного продукта растет вероятность увеличения кредитного портфеля, а также возникает риск невозврата. В статье рассматриваются меры по увеличению возвратности просроченных кредитов. This article is devoted to the management of lending to individuals, in particular, it analyzes the problem debt and measures to increase the repayment of overdue loans. Due to the economic instability, there is a tendency to increase the provision of credit products. For the bank, one of the main tasks is the competent construction of work on the management of problem debts, since when providing a loan product, it is possible to increase the loan portfolio, as well as there is a risk of non-repayment. The article contains measures to increase the repayment rate of overdue loans. |
