| Description: | В ходе исследования проведен комплексный анализ развития конкуренции в Российской Федерации в условиях комплексного обеспечения доступа к государственным ресурсам. Научная новизна проведенного исследования заключается в применении для оценки состояния уровня развития конкуренции инфраструктурно-институционального стимулирования государственных закупок с учетом региональных особенностей. Авторами проанализированы социально-экономические последствия «пандемического» кризиса, определены государственные ресурсы для дальнейшего развития. In the course of the study, a comprehensive analysis of the development of competition in the Russian Federation was carried out in the context of comprehensive access to state resources. The scientific novelty of the study is the use of infrastructural and institutional incentives for public procurement to assess the state of the level of development of competition, taking into account regional characteristics. The authors analyzed the socio-economic consequences of the "pandemic" crisis, identified public resources for further development. |
