Description: В данной статье представлены результаты социологического изучения коррупционного поведения населения России. В частности, предлагается рассмотрение коррупционного поведения населения через репрезентацию в поисковых запросах пользователей сети Интернет. В данном исследовании анализировалась статистика запросов, представленная в двух системах Яндекс Вордстат и Google Trends. В ходе исследования были отобраны наиболее релевантные поисковые запросы, отражающие потенциальное коррупционное поведение населения России в период c 2019 по 2024 гг. На основе полученных данных были выявлены календарные тенденции роста популярности релевантных поисковых запросов, отражающих коррупционное поведение. Ранжирование по популярности запросов, касающихся темы коррупции в целом, позволило выделить следующие группы запросов, волнующих население: меры противодействия коррупции, нормативные запросы о законодательной базе, запросы теоретического плана, что представляет собой коррупция, взятка и т.д., познавательные запросы, касающиеся актуальных коррупционных скандалов. Анализ общего массива запросов с ключевым словом «взятка» позволяет выделить три популярных группы: во-первых, пользователи сети Интернет ищут информацию о том, как правильно дать взятки, что может выступить взяткой, кому и как ее давать, что непосредственно репрезентирует их потенциальное коррупционное поведение; во-вторых, пользователей интересуют меры ответственности за данные действия; и далее по популярности идут запросы, касающиеся сути взятки, в чем заключается отличие подарка от взятки (например, до какой суммы подарок считается подарком). Также в результате проведенного исследования была выявлена положительная корреляция между статистикой запросов пользователей в интернете и реальным коррупционным поведением населения, что подтвердило возможность применения данного метода для изучения реального коррупционного поведения населения.
This article presents the results of a sociological study of the corruption behaviour of the Russian population. In particular, it proposes to look at the corrupt behaviour of the population through representation in search queries of Internet users. This study analysed the statistics of queries presented in two systems, Yandex Wordstat and Google Trends. The research selected the most relevant search queries reflecting the potential corrupt behaviour of the Russian population in the period from 2019 to 2024. The data obtained identified calendar tendencies in the growth of popularity of relevant search queries, reflecting corrupt behaviour. The ranking by popularity of queries related to the topic of corruption in general allowed to identify the following groups of queries that concern the population: anti-corruption measures, regulatory queries about the legislative framework, theoretical queries about what constitutes corruption, bribery, etc., and cognitive queries about current corruption scandals. The analysis of the total array of queries with the keyword "bribe" allows to identify three popular groups: firstly, Internet users are looking for information on how to give bribes correctly, what can be a bribe, to whom and how to give it, which directly represents their potential corrupt behaviour; secondly, users are interested in measures of responsibility for these actions; and the next most popular queries are those related to the essence of a bribe, what is the difference between a gift and a bribe (for example, up to what amount a gift is considered a gift). The study also revealed a positive correlation between the statistics of user queries on the Internet and the real corrupt behaviour of the population, which confirmed the possibility of using this method to study the real corrupt behaviour of the population.
