В статье анализируется основание Новосибирского государственного университета. Рассматривается этап от озвучивания идеи открытия нового вуза в комплексе с Сибирским отделением Академии наук СССР до торжественного открытия и первых лекций. Особое внимание уделяется механизму документооборота, взаимодействию руководства СО АН СССР с партийноправительственными структурами. The article analyzes the Foundation of Novosibirsk state University. The author considers the stage from voicing the idea of opening a new University in conjunction with the Siberian branch of the Academy of Sciences to the Grand opening and the first lectures. Special attention is paid to the mechanism of document circulation, the interaction of the leadership WITH the USSR Academy of Sciences with the party and government structures. |
