Статья посвящена исследованию проблем, связанных с региональной инновационной системой и её оцениванием. Рассмотрены основные подходы к построению количественных оценок региональной инновационной системы. Описаны факторы, препятствующие инновационной активности предприятий региона. Проведен анализ основных статистических показателей, отражающих инновационное развитие региона. Рассмотрены показатели инновационного потенциала на основе блочной сверки. The article is devoted to the study of problems related to the regional innovation system and its evaluation. The main approaches to the construction of quantitative assessments of the regional innovation system are considered. The description of the factors hindering the innovation activity of enterprises in the region is given. The analysis of the main statistical indicators reflecting the innovative development of the region is carried out. The indicators of innovation potential based on block convolution are considered. |
