Актуальность данного исследования заключается в том, что большое количество горожан получают травмы, связанные с гололедом, несвоевременной работой ответственных служб и плохим состоянием основных конструкций жизнедеятельности (лестницы, переходы, поручни). Сами травмы негативно влияют на качество жизни и затраты конкретных людей, а косвенно - на потенциальные экономические издержки региона. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that a large number of townspeople are injured due to ice, untimely work of responsible services and poor condition of the basic structures of life (stairs, walkways, handrails). The injuries themselves negatively affect the quality of life and costs of specific people, and indirectly - the potential economic costs of the region. |
