Description: Статья посвящена новой и перспективной проблеме исследования субъектности в контексте достижения устойчивой личностной идентичности. В период ранней взрослости - уязвимом возрастном периоде в аспекте развития кризиса личностной идентичности в силу несовершенства и противоречивости субъектных характеристик, что в целом усугубляется глобальными вызовами мировому сообществу. Эмпирическое исследование проводилось на студенческой выборке с использованием методик, направленных на оценку структурной организации личностной идентичности, развития свойств личностного и социально-психологического уровней субъектности. В статье обсуждаются особенности развития разноуровневых свойств субъектности в зависимости от статуса личностной идентичности в период ранней взрослости, в большей степени, проявляющиеся в специфике развития свойств устойчивости и саморегуляции личности. Описанные в статье взаимосвязи личностной идентичности с разноуровневыми свойствами субъектности, раскрывают закономерности становления личностной идентичности в период ранней взрослости, согласно которым влияние свойств личностного и социально-психологического уровней субъектности на согласованность структурных компонентов личностной идентичности является автономным диверсифицированным и проявляется либо в положительном детерминационном воздействии, либо негативном. На основе проведенного аналитического анализа делается вывод о сопряженности личностной идентичности с процессом усиления общей субъектности на личностном и социально-психологическом уровнях что расширяет, сложившиеся теоретические представления, о закономерностях формирования личностной идентичности. Результаты исследования, представленные в статье, имеют практическую значимость в аспекте использования в деятельности психологов образования, социальных служб, организаций и предприятий в процессе проведения психопрофилактической, консультативной, коррекционно-развивающей работы, направленной на приобретение зрелых форм активности в период ранней взрослости. The article is devoted to a new and promising problem of the study of subjectivity in the context of achieving a stable personal identity. in the period of early adulthood - a vulnerable age period in terms of the development of a crisis of personal identity due to the imperfection and inconsistency of subjective characteristics, which is generally aggravated by global challenges to the world community. An empirical study was conducted on a student sample using methods aimed at assessing the structural organization of personal identity, developing the properties of personal and socio-psychological levels of subjectivity. The article discusses the features of the development of multi-level properties of subjectivity depending on the status of personal identity in the period of early adulthood, to a greater extent, manifested in the specifics of the development of the properties of stability and self-regulation of the personality. The interrelations of personal identity with multi-level properties of subjectivity described in the article reveal the patterns of the formation of personal identity in the period of early adulthood, according to which the influence of the properties of personal and socio-psychological levels of subjectivity on the consistency of the structural components of personal identity is autonomous diversified and manifests itself either in a positive determinative effect, or negative. On the basis of the conducted analytical analysis, a conclusion is made about the conjugation of personal identity with the process of strengthening general subjectivity at the personal and socio-psychological levels, which expands the existing theoretical ideas about the patterns of formation of personal identity. The results of the study presented in the article are of practical importance in terms of using psychologists in education, social services, organizations and enterprises in the process of conducting psycho-prophylactic, consultative, correctional and developmental work aimed at acquiring mature forms of activity in early adulthood.
