| Description: | The round gauge is a very important measuring device for detecting geometry defects at the submicron level. This device is designed to control deviations from the value of a given profile of cylindrical parts. In the process of preparing the round sensor for operation, one of the important stages of preparing the equipment for operation is its calibration, which consists in introducing a compensating pressure coefficient of the sensor and leveling the table. The article deals with the issue of studying the dependence of the centering value of the device on the angle of inclination of the round gauge probe. Рассмотрены вопросы калибровки и настройки датчика кругломера, заключающиеся во введении компенсационного коэффициента давления щупа и выравнивании стола.
