| Περιγραφή: | Цель исследования проанализировать систему управления персоналом на примере индустрии досуга города Якутска. Методы исследования: анализ документов, сравнительный анализ, аналитический метод, оценку конкурентной среды. В результате сделан анализ ночных клубов города Якутска и составлен рейтинг по показателям конкурентоспособности. Вывод исследования для развития предприятий досуга необходимо внедрение новых инструментов управления. Одним из таких инструментов является agile. Индустрия досуга и питания в нашей стране являются бурно развивающимися отраслями с высоким уровнем маржинальности, однако, в период пандемии именно эти отрасли получили большой удар по социально-экономической устойчивости. Посещаемость учреждений упала в несколько раз, квалифицированный персонал вынужден переходить в другую сферу. Многие российские и региональные учреждения общественного питания и индустрии развлечений столкнулись с неготовностью к решительным мерам в кризисных ситуациях. Как никогда остро встал вопрос, связанный с внедрением новых подходов управления персоналом, пересмотром системы мотивации и оценки персонала. Разработка гибких стратегий выживания на рынке. Многие компании меняют свою организационную структуру, подходы и методы управления персоналом, становятся гибкими к реагированию на изменения внешней и внутренней среды. С учетом новых требований к организации деятельности участников принципы Agile-проектов становится актуальными. The purpose of the study is to analyze the personnel management system using the example of the leisure industry of the city of Yakutsk. Research methods: document analysis, comparative analysis, analytical method, evaluation of the competitive environment. As a result, an analysis of nightclubs in the city of Yakutsk was made and a rating on competitiveness indicators was compiled. The conclusion of the study for the development of leisure enterprises requires the introduction of new management tools. One such tool is agile. The leisure and nutrition industry in our country is a booming industry with a high margin, however, during the pandemic, it was these industries that received a big blow to socio-economic sustainability. Attendance at institutions has fallen several times, qualified staff are forced to move to another area. Many Russian and regional catering and entertainment institutions were not prepared for decisive measures in crisis situations. The issue of the introduction of new approaches to personnel management, the revision of the system of motivation and evaluation of personnel was more acute than ever. Develop flexible market survival strategies. Many companies are changing their organizational structure, approaches and methods of personnel management, becoming flexible to respond to changes in the external and internal environment. Given the new requirements for organizing the activities of participants, the principles of Agile-projects become relevant. |
