| Description: | The article considers the development of physical culture and sports in the Kemerovo region in 1945-1965. It is shown that the authorities and the public paid great attention to these problems. However, under the conditions of the post-war restoration of the economy of the USSR, the development of physical culture and sports in rural areas lagged noticeably behind the level of the cities of the region. Despite attempts to improve physical culture and sports work in rural areas by all-union, republican and regional government bodies and public organizations, this problem could not be completely solved during the period under review. However, by the mid-1960s in the physical culture and sports movement in rural areas of the Kemerovo region, some positive changes have become noticeable associated with the development of both mass physical culture and individual sports. However, these results were not universal and required further joint efforts on the part of the regional authorities and the public. В статье рассмотрено развитие физической культуры и спорта в Кемеровской области в 1945-1965. Показано, что данным проблемам власти и общественность уделяли большое внимание. Однако в условиях послевоенного восстановления экономики СССР развитие физической культуры и спорта в сельских районах заметно отставало от уровня городов области. Несмотря на попытки улучшения физкультурно-спортивной работы в сельской местности со стороны общесоюзных, республиканских и региональных органов государственной власти и общественных организаций, полностью в рассматриваемый период эту проблему решить не удалось. Тем не менее к середине 1960-х гг. в физкультурно-спортивном движении в сельских районах Кемеровской области стали заметны некоторые положительные изменения, связанные с развитием как массовой физической культуры, так и отдельных видов спорта. Однако эти результаты не были повсеместны и требовали дальнейших совместных усилий со стороны руководства области и общественности. |
