В статье рассматриваются вопросы стратегического развития транспортно - логистического сектора Самарской области, дается его оценка в условиях развивающейся короновирусной инфекции. Представлена структура транспортно - логистического сектора Самарской области, классификация показателей оценки ее функционирования. С целью выявления надвигающихся угроз и открывающихся возможностей авторами проведен SWOT-анализ сектора транспорта и логистики Самарской области. Авторами определены точки роста и ключевыe направления стратегического развития транспортно - логистического сектора Самарской области до 2030 гг., способствующие повышению инвестиционной привлекательности региона. Особое внимание уделено направлениям долгосрочного развития транспортно - логистического сектора в условиях пандемии COVID-19. The article deals with the issues of strategic development of the transport and logistics sector of the Samara region, gives its assessment in the context of developing coronavirus infection. The structure of the transport and logistics sector of the Samara region, the classification of indicators for assessing its functioning, is presented. In order to identify the impending threats and opportunities, the authors conducted a SWOT analysis of the transport and logistics sector of the Samara region. The authors have identified the growth points and key areas of strategic development of the transport and logistics sector of the Samara region until 2030, which contribute to increasing the investment attractiveness of the region. Special attention is paid to the directions of long-term development of the transport and logistics sector in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. |
