Περιγραφή: В статье анализируется опыт становления и развития Московского инновационного кластера как крупнейшей инновационно-промышленной экосистемы мезоуровня с позиции системной экономической теории. Показано, что инновационные кластеры представляют собой особую разновидность инновационно-промышленных экосистем, обладающих свойствами всех четырех типов систем - объектных, средовых, процессных и проектных. Анализ опыта становления и развития Московского инновационного кластера свидетельствует о том, что такой кластер выступает своеобразным «системным блоком» в инновационной архитектуры региона, обеспечивающим генерацию и внедрение инноваций, а также реализацию организационно-экономических механизмов взаимодействия города, крупных корпораций, отраслей промышленности, малого и среднего предпринимательства, институтов развития, образовательных и научных организаций в рамках инновационнопромышленной экосистемы Москвы. The article analyzes the experience of the formation and development of the Moscow innovation cluster as the largest innovative industrial ecosystem of the meso-level from the standpoint of systemic economic theory. It is shown that innovation clusters are a special kind of innovative industrial ecosystems with properties of all four types of systems - object, environmental, process and design. An analysis of the experience of the formation and development of the Moscow innovation cluster indicates that such a cluster acts as a kind of "system block" in the innovative architecture of the region, providing the generation and implementation of innovations, as well as the implementation of organizational and economic mechanisms of interaction between the city, large corporations, industries, small and medium-sized businesses, development institutions, educational and scientific organizations within the innovative industrial ecosystem of Moscow.
