| Description: | One of the main tasks of modern architecture, construction and urban planning is to reduce the harmful impact on the environment, in its global and local aspects. The concept of greening the environment is implemented in changing approaches to construction: increasing the energy efficiency of buildings, reducing harmful emissions, using environmentally friendly building materials, and introducing environmental technologies. The inclusion of environmental technologies in construction practice is a labor-intensive process and requires coordinated work of various spheres: political, social, professional. Today in Russia, the use of environmental technologies is fragmented, unsystematized, there is no approved legal and regulatory framework, which, among other reasons, leads to the emergence of a number of problems. In this paper, the author analyzes the Russian practice of using environmental technologies, focusing on the difficulties and problems that arise during the application. Based on the results of the analysis, the author suggests ways to solve the formulated problems. Одна из главных задач современной архитектуры, строительства и урбанистики – снижение вредного воздействия на экологию, в глобальном и локальном ее аспекте. Концепция экологизации окружающей среды реализуется в изменении подходов к строительству: повышении энергоэффективности зданий, снижении вредных выбросов, использовании экологически чистых строительных материалов, внедрении экотехнологий. Включение экотехнологий в строительную практику процесс трудоемкий и требует согласованной работы различных сфер: политической, социальной, профессиональной. На сегодняшний день в России применение экотехнологий носит фрагментарный, несистематизированный характер, нет утвержденной правовой и нормативной базы, что в числе других причин провидит к возникновению ряда проблем. В данной работе автор анализирует российскую практику применения экотехнологий, фокусируясь на возникающие в ходе применения трудности и проблемы. Основываясь на результатах проведенного анализа, автор предлагает способы решения сформулированных проблем. |
