В статье представлены основные проблемы реализации инфраструктурных проектов туристических кластеров. Рассматривается возможность применения методологии и философии бережливого строительства, для решения поставленных проблем. Проведен расчет эффективности использования основных инструментов методологии на примере расчета прокладки теплопровода. Результаты анализа могут быть использованы в процессах разработки и реализации инвестиционно-строительных проектов. The article presents the main problems of implementing infrastructure projects of tourist clusters. The possibility of applying the methodology and philosophy of lean construction to solve the problems is considered. The calculation of the efficiency of using the main tools of the methodology is carried out on the example of calculating the laying of a heat pipeline. The results of the analysis can be used in the development and implementation of investment and construction projects. |
