Активный переход экономики на новый технологический уклад требует актуализации организационно-экономического обеспечения производства, модернизации отечественных производственных и управленческих систем, а также методов управления ими. В связи с высокой потребностью в импортозамещении многих участков работ и ресурсной базы, требуется внедрение цифровых технологий в производство, создание интеллектуального предприятия. В статье рассматриваются особенности «умного» предприятия», необходимость цифровизации производства и предприятий. Затронуты аспекты импортозамещения в управления персоналом, управлении проектами, в области человеческих ресурсов. The active transition of the economy to a new technological order requires the actualization of organizational and economic support of production, modernization of domestic production and management systems, as well as methods of managing them. Due to the high need for import substitution of many areas of work and resource base, the introduction of digital technologies into production, the creation of an intellectual enterprise is required. The article discusses the features of a "smart" enterprise, the need for digitalization of production and enterprises. The aspects of import substitution in personnel management, project management, in the field of human resources are touched upon. |
