Статья посвящена изучению государственной программы по улучшению демографической ситуации в Российской Федерации через предоставления «материнского капитала». Под «материнским» или, как его еще называют, «семейным» капиталом понимаются денежные средства, выделяемые государством из федерального бюджета, для обеспечения материальной поддержки граждан, имеющих детей. Через реализацию этой программы государственные власти планируют выбраться из демографической ловушки, и к середине наступающего десятилетия обеспечить устойчивый естественный рост численности населения страны. В статье рассматриваются предпосылки, ход и условия реализации программы «Материнский капитал». the Article is devoted to the study of the state program to improve the demographic situation in the Russian Federation through the provision of "maternity capital". «Maternal» or, as it is also called, «family» capital refers to funds allocated by the state from the Federal budget to provide material support to citizens with children. Through the implementation of this program, the state authorities plan to get out of the demographic trap and by the middle of the coming decade to ensure a sustainable natural growth of the country's population. The article discusses the prerequisites, progress and conditions for the implementation of the "Maternity capital" program. |
