В статье рассматриваются аспекты совершенствования региональной экономической политики. Использование новых инструментов в данной области позволяет обеспечить учёт индивидуальных запросов при оказании услуг со стороны органов власти. Автором выполнен анализ особенностей использования таких инструментов экономической региональной политики, как концепция «тройной спирали», обучающийся регион, региональная инновационная система. Уточнены принципы организации региональной экономической политики в современных условиях. We consider aspects of improving regional economic policy. The use of new tools in the area in question makes it possible to ensure that individual requests are taken into account when services are provided by the authorities. We analyze the features of applying such instruments of economic regional policy as the concept of the "triple helix", the learning region, the regional innovation system. The principles of the organization of regional economic policy under modern conditions are clarified. |
