Περιγραφή: The article focuses on the problems of restricting the right to freedom of movement and choice of place of residence. It is noted that this issue has been updated in recent years by the emergence of new threats and problems. The importance of establishing clear criteria of limitation is noted. The position of the judicial authorities in relation to this right is indicated. Some aspects of the restriction of freedom of movement during the pandemic and in the context of the imposition of sanctions against Russian citizens are revealed.
В статье акцентируется внимание на проблемах ограничения права на свободу перемещения и выбор места жительства. Обозначается, что этот вопрос в последние годы актуализирован появлением новых угроз и проблем. Отмечается важность установления четких критериев ограничения. Обозначается позиция судебных органов в отношении данного права. Раскрываются некоторые аспекты ограничения свободы передвижения в период пандемии и в условиях введения санкций против граждан России.
