Περιγραφή: Важной чертой современного производства является то, что в общей структуре производственных затрат, высокий удельный вес занимают знания. Знания, которыми владеет организация и управление знаниями являются основным источником доходности и гарантией успеха любого предприятия. Экономический смысл этого состоит в том, что знание позволяет существенно экономить на использовании материальных ресурсов организации. Знания выступают источником конкурентных преимуществ и инноваций, высокой производительности, обеспечивающих успех фирме. Если в организации больше создается, эксплуатируется и интегрируется знаний, то возрастает количество компетенций и рыночных предложений, которые ведут к повышению дохода. Развитие персонала, с экономической позиции, представляет собой элемент производственных инвестиций, поскольку регулярные вложения в развитие установок и навыков персонала приводит к существенным изменениям в компании в целом. An important feature of modern production is that knowledge occupies a high share in the overall structure of production costs. The knowledge possessed by the organization and knowledge management are the main source of profitability and guarantee of success of any enterprise. The economic meaning of this is that knowledge allows you to significantly save on the use of material resources of the organization. Knowledge is a source of competitive advantages and innovations, high productivity, ensuring the success of the company. If more knowledge is created, operated and integrated in an organization, then the number of competencies and market offers increases, which lead to an increase in income. Personnel development, from an economic point of view, is an element of industrial investment, since regular investments in the development of personnel attitudes and skills leads to significant changes in the company as a whole.
