Description: В государственном секторе экономики проблема недостаточно эффективной деятельности работников имеет основополагающее значение. В статье рассматриваются тенденции, складывающиеся в организации государственной службы в условиях развития цифровой экономики в общемировой практике, а также влияния COVID-19. Представлены ключевые индексы цифрового развития государственного управления на современном этапе. Сформированы «цифровые» компетенции для государственных служащих. In the public sector, the problem of underperforming workers is of fundamental importance. The article examines the trends emerging in the organization of public service in the context of the development of the digital economy in global practice, as well as the impact of COVID-19. The key indices of digital development of public administration at the present stage are presented. "Digital" competencies for civil servants have been formed.
