Περιγραφή: В статье, на примере Владимирской области, рассмотрены основные направления развития практики применения программно-целевых методов в управлении регионом. Проведен ретроспективный анализ использования социально-экономического планирования. Рассмотрены особенности применения стратегического, среднесрочного и оперативного планирования. Изучена практика работы администрации региона в условиях неопределенности, обусловленной внешними факторами. Проведена оценка эффективности применяемых мер. In the article, on the example of the Vladimir region, the main directions of the development of the practice of using program-target methods in the management of the region are considered. A retrospective analysis of the use of socio-economic planning was carried out. The features of the application of strategic, medium-term and operational planning are considered. The practice of the regional administration's work in conditions of uncertainty caused by external factors is studied. An assessment of the effectiveness of the applied measures was carried out.
