| Description: | In the context of the growing popularity of flexible project management methodologies, the issue of measuring their effectiveness is becoming relevant. The article presents the main approaches to the development and application of metrics for assessing the effectiveness of Agile projects. The key parameters of Agile are considered team productivity, customer satisfaction, delivery speed, product quality and adaptability. A systematization of metrics depending on the key parameters is proposed. An analysis of the advantages and limitations of the most frequently used metrics is conducted. The results of the study can be used to improve the quality of Agile project management, optimize processes and achieve the strategic goals of the organization. В условиях растущей популярности гибких методологий управления проектами актуальным становится вопрос измерения их эффективности. В статье представлены основные подходы к разработке и применению метрик оценки эффективности Agile-проектов. Рассмотрены ключевые параметры Agile – производительность команды, удовлетворенность заказчика, скорость поставки, качество продукта и адаптивность. Предложена систематизация метрик в зависимости от ключевых параметров. Проведен анализ преимуществ и ограничений наиболее часто используемых метрик. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы для повышения качества управления Agile-проектами, оптимизации процессов и достижения стратегических целей организации. |
