В статье предпринимается попытка построения прогноза числа выбывших граждан из России на период с 2022 по 2025 годы (с учетом прогноза на 2021 год). Прогнозирование осуществлялось на основе метода статистического анализа данных Росстат о тенденциях развития эмиграции из России и метода экстраполяции временного динамического ряда (с 2014-2020гг.). В целях получения наиболее объективных показателей была проведена оценка качества уравнения тренда (на основе ошибки аппроксимации), а также определен уровень погрешности (на основе коэффициента несоответствия Тейла). В результате проведенных вычислений построен прогноз числа выбывших из России граждан на период с 2022 по 2025 годы. The article attempts to build a forecast for the number of citizens who left Russia for the period from 2022 to 2025 (with an accounting forecast for 2021). Forecasting was carried out based on the method of statistical analysis of Rosstat data on the development of emigration from Russia and the method of extrapolation of the time series (from 2014-2020). In obtaining the results of the most objective indicators, the quality of the trend analysis was assessed (based on approximation errors), and the level of error was determined (based on the Theil discrepancy coefficient). As a result of the calculations, a forecast was made for the number of people who left Russia for the period from 2022 to 2025. |
