Современное экономическое состояние сферы образования нельзя назвать благополучным. Динамика показателей финансового и, прежде всего, бюджетного обеспечения практически всех уровней образовательных учреждений отражает характер спада, сокращения основных фондов и численности педагогического состава, а так же процесс реструктуризации с целью незначительного роста оплаты труда оставшихся преподавателей. В этой связи происходит падение уровня образования школьников и молодых специалистов. Ультрасовременная обстановка социальной и экономической ограниченности, вызванная угрозой пандемии, усугубляет положение. Характер и масштаб сформировавшихся проблем образовательной сферы, по мнению многих серьёзных экспертов, достиг необратимости в части качества предоставляемых образовательных услуг и требует системных преобразований. The current economic state of education cannot be called prosperous. The dynamics of financial and, above all, budgetary support of almost all levels of educational institutions reflects the nature of the decline, the reduction of fixed assets and the number of pedagogical staff, as well as the process of restructuring in order to slightly increase the remuneration of the remaining teachers. In this regard, the level of education of schoolchildren and young specialists is falling. The state-of-the-art climate of social and economic constraints caused by the pandemic threat exacerbates the situation. The nature and scale of the formed problems of the educational sphere, according to many serious experts, has achieved irreversibility in terms of the quality of educational services provided and requires systemic transformations. |
