Основываясь на современной ситуации в строительной отрасли, в статье анализируются особенности финансов строительных организаций. Рассматриваются такие виды финансирования строительства как долевое на основе эскроу-счетов, проектное финансирование, сметное финансирование на основе государственных контрактов. С целью выявления особенностей финансов анализируются показатели финансового состояния строительных компаний. Based on the current situation in the construction industry, the article analyzes the specifics of the finances of construction organizations. Such types of construction financing as equity based on escrow accounts, project financing, estimated financing based on government contracts are considered. In order to identify the features of finance, the indicators of the financial condition of construction companies are analyzed. |
