В статье обосновывается положение о том, что доминирующие сегодня в менеджменте и стратегическом управлении концепции и теоретические модели основываются на тех или иных направлениях мейнстрима экономической теории, опирающихся на принцип методологического индивидуализма. Общую концепцию стратегического управления предлагается разрабатывать исходя из того, что в системе факторов стратегических перемен экономико-культурные ценности занимают центральное место, все другие переменные выражают результат конструирования организационно-технологических и финансово-экономических изменений на основе принятия, воплощения и поддержки соответствующих экономических ценностей. The article substantiates the position that the dominant today in management and strategic management concepts and theoretical models are based on certain directions of the mainstream of economic theory, based on the principle of methodological individualism. It is proposed to develop the general concept of strategic management based on the fact that in the system of factors of strategic change economic and cultural values occupy a central place, all other variables express the result of designing organizational-technological and financial-economic changes based on the adoption, implementation and support of corresponding economic values. |
