В статье мы рассматриваем результативности организационно-управленческих инноваций (ОУИ) в нефтегазовых корпорациях при соблюдении критериев оптимальности. Обоснованы критерии оптимальности внедрения ОУИ и разработана система показателей оценки ОУИ на основе критериев оптимальности. Разработан методический подход к оценке результативности ОУИ на основе анализа системы критериев и показателей оценки механизма управления инновационной деятельностью. In the article, we consider the effectiveness of organizational and management innovations (OMI) in oil and gas corporations while observing the optimality criteria. The optimality criteria of OMI implementation are substantiated and a system of indicators is developed for evaluating the OMI on the basis of the optimality criteria. A methodical approach has been developed for evaluating the effectiveness of an OMI based on an analysis of the criteria and indicators system of assessment of the innovation activity management mechanism. |
