Description: the relevance of the article is due to the complexity of the work of law enforcement agencies in the search for missing persons and the corpses of victims. As well as the lack of systematized evidence-based recommendations for the implementation of this activity by law enforcement agencies aimed at optimizing the investigation of murders and other crimes related to the disappearance of a person. The purpose of the article is to analyze the main ideas put forward by the authors in the peer-reviewed publication and provide a brief overview of it for the readers to judge.
актуальность статьи обусловлена сложностью работы правоохранительных органов по розыску лиц, пропавших без вести, и трупов потерпевших, а также отсутствием систематизированных научно обоснованных рекомендаций по осуществлению данной деятельности правоохранительными органами, нацеленных на оптимизацию расследования убийств и иных преступлений, связанных с исчезновением человека. Цель статьи – проанализировать основные идеи, выдвинутые авторами в рецензируемом издании и предоставить на суд читателей её краткий обзор.
