| Περιγραφή: | В работе рассматривается прогнозная динамика производства пяти групп продукции обрабатывающей промышленности. Сокращение производства всех пяти групп продукции связано с деградацией отечественного инвестиционного машиностроения и ценовой неконкурентоспособностью производимой продукции. Рассматриваются способы дотирования отечественных производств обрабатывающей промышленности с целью обеспечения ценовой конкурентоспособности ее продукции. В современных условиях открытой рыночной экономики предлагается возврат к перераспределению природной ренты. Этот способ поддержки предприятий обрабатывающей промышленности способен обеспечить максимальные размеры дотаций. Использование природной ренты должно осуществляться внутри закрытых вертикально интегрированных межотраслевых корпораций, включающих производственнотехнологическую цепочку, которая начинается с предприятий добывающей и заканчивается предприятиями обрабатывающей промышленности. Ценообразование внутри корпораций должно быть не рыночным. The paper discusses the forecast dynamics of production of five groups of products of the manufacturing industry. The reduction in the production of all five product groups is associated with the degradation of domestic investment engineering and the price noncompetitiveness of the products produced. The ways of subsidizing domestic manufacturing industries with the aim of ensuring the price competitiveness of its products are considered. In modern conditions of an open market economy, a return to the redistribution of natural rent is proposed. This method of supporting manufacturing enterprises is able to provide maximum subsidies. The use of natural rent should be carried out within closed vertically integrated interindustry corporations, including the production and technological chain, which begins with mining enterprises and ends with manufacturing enterprises. Corporate pricing should be nonmarket. |
