Description: В статье рассматриваются вопросы разработки стратегии предприятия фармацевтической отрасли на основе проведения маркетинговых исследований. Дана сравнительная характеристика исследуемого предприятия с его главными конкурентами. Для выработки эффективной маркетинговой стратегии были проведены PEST, SNW, SWOT анализы, а также представлена модель Конкурентных сил Портера. Проведен маркетинговый анализ рынка фармацевтической отрасли Самарской области. The article discusses the development of strategies for the pharmaceutical industry based on marketing research. A comparative characteristic of the enterprise under study with its main competitors is given.To develop an effective marketing strategy, PEST, SNW, SWOT analyzes were conducted, as well as a model ofPorter's Competitive Forces was presented. The marketing analysis of the pharmaceutical industry in the Samara region.
