Вооруженные силы должны быть способны не только сдерживать, но и при необходимости и эффективно отражать существующие и прогнозируемые угрозы. Важной задачей государственной политики в сфере обороны и безопасности является укрепление экономической подсистемы, основу которой составляет система материально-технического обеспечения, находящаяся в ведении Минобороны России. The emerging modern geopolitical situation places increased demands on ensuring the country's defense capability. The armed forces must be able not only to deter, but also, if necessary, to effectively repel existing and predicted threats. An important task of state policy in the field of defense and security is to strengthen the economic subsystem, the basis of which is the logistics system, which is under the jurisdiction of the Russian Ministry of Defense. |
