| Description: | The directions of state policy in the field of development of the military-industrial complex are conditioned by the need to ensure the national security of Russia. The solution of the most important issue of building a hierarchy of priorities for the development of one or another part of the armed forces on the territory of the country, as well as for the distribution of funds for the purchase of weapons for them, is provided by the capabilities of the state budget. The article systematizes the problems associated with spending budget funds for the needs of the state for military purposes, formulates the main parameters of the development of state policy in the field of development of the military-industrial complex and suggests its key directions. Направления государственной политики в области развития оборонно-промышленного комплекса обусловлены потребностью в обеспечении национальной безопасности России. Решение важнейшего вопроса выстраивания иерархии приоритетов по развитию той или иной части родов войск на территории страны, а также по распределению средств на закупку вооружения для них оправляется возможностями государственного бюджета. В статье систематизированы проблемы, связанные с расходования бюджетных средств на нужды государства в военных целях, сформулированы основные параметры выработки государственной политики в области развития оборонно-промышленного комплекса и предложены ее ключевые направления. |
