| Περιγραφή: | The article reviews the historical development of pediatric dentistry in Russia and the Soviet Union from the late 19th century to the present day. The focus is on the contribution of significant studies and initiatives, such as A.K. Limberg's methodology for the oral sanitation of students and P.G. Dauge's caries control project, in emphasizing the role of prevention and specialized care for children. The influence of N.I. Agapov through his monograph and the development of the specialization "pediatric dentist" is analysed, and the impact of the socio-economic changes of the 1990s on the availability of dental care is discussed. The article emphasizes the importance of state support, education and innovation in the successful development of pediatric dentistry, and the significance of a comprehensive approach to children's oral health for their overall wellbeing. Статья рассматривает историческое развитие детской стоматологии в России и Советском Союзе с конца XIX века до современности. Основное внимание уделяется вкладу значимых исследований и инициатив, таких как методика А.К. Лимберга по санации ротовой полости учащихся и проект П.Г. Дауге по борьбе с кариесом, в подчеркивание роли профилактики и специализированной помощи детям. Анализируется влияние Н.И. Агапова через его монографию и развитие специализации "врач-стоматолог детский", а также обсуждается воздействие социальноэкономических изменений 90-х годов на доступность стоматологической помощи. В статье подчеркивается важность государственной поддержки, образования и инноваций в успешном развитии детской стоматологии, а также значимость комплексного подхода к здоровью полости рта детей для их общего благополучия. |
